So, what is the Sleep Well, Live Well Membership?
It is a place where I have put all of my online courses that have been created since 2019, and I have put them in one simple place for you to access for just £7 a month. There is no contract and you can cancel anytime, and this is important to me that you know this.
You may wonder why it is so cheap, especially as I have been running so long.
My business journey has led me to the corporate world now, and I spend most of my time working in my other business, The Workplace Sleep Coach, and this has meant that all the courses I have created to support families to sleep better aren't helping anyone, as I don't have the time to promote them.
For me, this doesn't feel right, as all I have ever been about is supporting families to sleep well so they don't follow in my own footsteps, so I have decided that I would rather make it all accessible and affordable in one place and help a large number of people for little money to sleep well.
So this is how the Sleep Well, Live Well Membership was born.
Everything you need to help you from pregnancy and through the first 6 years of your child's life to help with sleep, behaviour, emotions, and so much more.
It isn't just for your child, but for you aswell.
I want you to know that I see you. I see your struggles to stay calm at bedtime when your little one is pushing boundaries after a long day at work, and you need time to rest and recharge for you. This is why the Parental Rage: Finding Calm in the Chaos is in here.
Once your little one is sleeping, you may need some support to help you sleep again, and you will find access to a sleep workshop to help adults sleep well.
I am here for every step in your parenting journey.
Everything is topic specific, so once you are in, just choose the age appropriate course and you can head to the topics that you need. You can choose to watch the videos, or listen to the audio only file on the go.
