I created this course in 2021 after I experienced a breakdown in December 2018 after my then 2 yr 8 month old climbed out of the cot and we went from full nights sleep and perfect naps to 2 hours a night and nap resistance.

As a practicing sleep consultant I was met with my biggest challenge yet and none of my sleep education was helping me win this battle. I then took part in an anger management course which still didn't help as the issue came from an inability to regulate my emotions due to no sleep. I then went on to do a parenting course on behaviours, emotions, boundaries and more and combined with all my existing knowledge, I was able to fix sleep, reconnect with my daughter and become a much better parent.

This course combines my knowledge from my mixed background of practice and education to help you navigate these tricky months and years and help you sleep better, and be the parent you want to be as you learn how to communicate with your little one better and get the response you both need.

This isn't about sleep training but about helping toddlers and children sleep well while supporting emotional development.

Whether your little one has always struggled with sleep, or whether your perfect sleeper has suddenly decided they no longer like sleep, we are here to support you.

From around 20 months upwards, improving sleep is less about sleep biology, and more to do with boundaries, emotional development and behaviours, and most of this is taught by us, the parents.

This course is designed to help you understand what your little one is going through and help you communicate with them in a way that will improve sleep for everyone. There is also a 1-hour workshop just to help parents navigate their own emotions which is called Parental Rage: Finding Calm in the Chaos which is just £15 and you can find this and all my other offerings from pregnancy onwards here.

You can watch the short videos in bitesize pieces or listen like a podcast so it doesn't create overwhelm or confusion. All the videos have a set topic to make it easier to dive back in at whatever point you need over the years. You can read the topics covered at the bottom and it tells you the length of each video.
