Helping toddlers and children sleep well while supporting emotional development.
So, the baby stage has come to an end and you have reached the ‘terrible twos” or have a determined ‘threenager’ calling the shots.
Bedtime has become more of a battle and you are finding your little one is pushing buttons you never knew existed.
Early rising may have reared it’s ugly head, and the nap may be on the way out or have already gone leaving you with an overtired and dysregulated child by tea time.
You are not alone in your struggles.
Whether your little one has always struggled with sleep, or whether your perfect sleeper has suddenly decided they no longer like sleep, we are here to support you.
Improving sleep is less about biology now and more to do with boundaries, emotional development and behaviours, and most of this is taught by us, the parents.
This course is designed to help you understand what your little one is going through and help you communicate with them in a way that will improve sleep for everyone.
*optional online support in a private Facebook group is available for just £35 a month and runs on a month by month contract.

“Tonight, C said she wanted to hold my hand to the count of 13 then I can leave the room. This is the first time since she’s been born that she’s settled without me, so thank you”

‘After 3 nights of following the advised bed time routine, for my 2 year old, he is asleep with in 10 minutes. This has gradually gone down from 30 on the first night. It would normally take 2 hours'ish to get him to sleep, with dad or I led in bed next to him. I am now sitting in his room which is another massive achievement!!’
